Why We Use SMS Messaging
Amorella, Inc. and its platforms — including Pumpspotting and FairWorkFlow — use SMS (Short Message Service) text messaging to communicate with users who have opted in. We use SMS for the following purposes:

- Account verification — Confirming your identity when creating or accessing your account
- Security alerts — Notifying you of unusual activity or password changes on your account
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) — Providing one-time codes as an additional layer of account security

- Time-sensitive alerts — Urgent information related to your active use of our platforms, such as changes to a lactation space you've saved or a workplace compliance filing status

We obtain your express consent before sending any SMS messages. You may encounter opt-in at various points, including account registration, appointment booking, or feature activation.

How to Opt Out

After opting out, you may still receive a single confirmation message. Opting out of SMS does not affect other communication channels (e.g., email) unless you request that separately.
Message Frequency & Costs
- Message frequency depends on your account activity and notification preferences. Transactional messages (security, verification) are sent as needed. Service messages (reminders, updates) typically range from 1–10 per month.
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Amorella does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier's standard messaging rates apply.
Supported Carriers
SMS messages are supported on all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your Privacy
Phone numbers collected for SMS are used solely for the purposes described above and in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for any purpose.
